Casa Leopoldo is located in the hills less than twentyfive km south east of Pisa between the villages of Perignano and Lari.
Leopoldo House is the ideal destination for those who want to visit Tuscany because it is 5 minutes far from the free way FI-PI-LI and you can easely reach Pisa, S.Gimignano, Lucca, Volterra, Firenze and SIena
It is formed from a beautiful old detached farmhouse which takes its name from the Grand Duke Leopoldo who used the house as a hunting lodge (XVII century
Wikipedia).
The apartment has been reastaured with great care by the owner
It is for 2 people . Situated on the ground floor and has a livingroom with kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom, all very well kept and nice furnished.
Direct access to the private large fenced garden with well kept grassy areas and an abundance of plants and trees where you can relax or sunbathe.
Moreover there are long walks to be enjoyed in the woods
There is a garden shower provided for hot summer days.
There is no swimming pool but you can easily reach hot springs in 5 minutes, and the sea-side in 20 minutes.
The guest arrival is provided from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday. The departure not later than 10 a.m. on Saturday.
Water, gas, light are included in the rent price exclusive of wood consumption.
If you want to enjoy the Tuscan original products
we have Oil, wine, fruit (all home-made).
